PROJECT/PURPOSE • For data supporting an MSc research project concerning the impact of anthropogenic disturbance and other pressures on breeding shorebirds along a portion of South Africa's high-tourism and developing Garden Route coastline. • Identifying/tracking breeding adult individuals/pairs for: • Pair bonds • Territory delineation • Parental attendance • Activity budgets • Other observations (behavioural, etc.) • Identifying/tracking chicks/broods for: • Survival • Activity budgets • Parental attendance • Other observations (behavioural, etc.)
